This process is for students who will receive funds in excess of their tuition and fee charges and will need a refund for living expenses, or any other students anticipating having a credit balance.
To apply for direct deposit, log onto the refund section of Student Services Online (SSOL) before August 1, 2019. It may take up to 5 business days for it to be set up in the Student Financial Services system.
All federal and private loan funds are sent to the university billing office, Student Financial Services, electronically and applied as a credit to your student account. If these funds exceed the tuition and fee charges, a refund will be processed. If you have set up direct deposit, it will take 3-5 business days from the date the refund is issued to receive these funds. Otherwise a paper check is mailed within 7-10 business days of the refund issue date.
